Was looking for a healthy option and the chia seed pudding was good portion for $8. The toppings were included and they were very kind. The kiwi fruit was sliced fresh to order. Perfect amount of sweetness in the actual yogurt and chia pudding.

This is exactly what all nutrition bars should be. All natural ingredients, low sugar, and delicious. Prices are good too. Highly recommend.

I ordered an Acai bowl, which took a bit of time to make. I had strawberries, blueberries, chia seeds, oats, and bananas as a topping. The portion was nice, the topic amount was great, my dislike was the actual acai. It was tangy, very tangy, and it tasted like a sugar substitute is used (if thr makes sense). It had an after taste. The server was nice and sweet and had lots of information about their products and herbal life things that are sold there.

The atmosphere has a very laid-back relaxing feel. The esthetic is chic, the tropical smoothie bowl 🥣 was amazing. My daughter had the horchata matcha and she loved it! Great service and reasonable prices. We also tried some wellness shots and loved them. My favorite is the digestive one because it had all the greens

I googled smoothie spots near me & this place popped up. It’s located in a shopping center. The guy was so nice & explained everything they have. There are so many options! They were running a little low on what I wanted. I ended up getting a chocolate protein shake with collagen and asked for peanut butter and bananas. The shake was just okay. However, it’s possible that I just need to try another flavor. I wasn’t expecting to find little pieces of peanuts in it but I guess at least you know they’re using real ingredients. The place is decorated really nice & if I’m in the area again, I’d probably give them another try.
